02Services Provided

PB Drafting Solutions provides logistical services, freight management, and support for independent contractors in the transportation industry. Our services are available 24/7, and we aim to maintain a professional standard in every engagement. The specific services we offer may vary, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

03Independent Contractors

If you partner with PB Drafting Solutions as an independent contractor, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are not an employee of PB Drafting Solutions and will operate as an independent contractor.
• You are responsible for the maintenance, insurance, and operation of your vehicle and for complying with all relevant laws and regulations.
• You will be compensated based on the agreed rates and terms, including but not limited to rates per mile and weekly earnings as stipulated in your contract.

04Payment and Invoicing

Payments will be made based on the services you provide, as per the rates agreed upon. Payments will be processed weekly. Any discrepancies in payments must be reported within 7 days of receipt of payment, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your earnings as an independent contractor.

05Obligations and Responsibilities

As a partner or customer, you agree to the following obligations:

• To act professionally and respectfully when engaging with PB Drafting Solutions, its employees, and other contractors.
• To adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to transportation and logistics.
• To ensure that all information you provide to us is accurate and up-to-date.

06Confidentiality

Both PB Drafting Solutions and its independent contractors agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of business. This includes but is not limited to business plans, strategies, customer lists, and pricing information. Disclosure of such information to unauthorized parties is prohibited unless required by law.

07Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments will be processed according to the agreed terms. PB Drafting Solutions reserves the right to terminate a partnership or service agreement if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions or if actions are taken that are deemed detrimental to the company.

08Limitation of Liability

PB Drafting Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. We are not liable for any damages that arise due to the actions of independent contractors or third-party service providers.

09Force Majeure

PB Drafting Solutions shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform any part of the services due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

10Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in the jurisdiction where PB Drafting Solutions is headquartered.

11Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any legal actions or proceedings related to this agreement will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Florida.

12Changes to Terms and Conditions

PB Drafting Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
